Daniel K. Back
Daniel Back was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Back attended Bluefield College (Bluefield, VA) on a baseball scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Following undergraduate school, Mr. Back attended Baylor Law School in Waco, TX, where Mr. Back was involved in and won multiple litigation based competitions, including the prestigious AAJ National Mock Trial Championship. Upon moving to Kansas, Mr. Back spent several years as a defense attorney, representing physicians and hospitals all over the state. Today, Mr. Back focuses on medical malpractice and other personal injury matters. With experience as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, Mr. Back brings excellent, well-rounded experience to the table.
